new case launch: Airbnb targeted over listings in illegal Israeli settlements
On 10th June, Global Legal Action Network (GLAN), Sadaka Ireland and Al-Haq announced the launch of robust set of trans-Atlantic legal actions targeting Airbnb’s listings in Israel’s illegal settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
The legal actions target Airbnb’s Irish and UK subsidiaries, as well as its US parent company and highlight the major legal risks faced by companies, and their senior executives, for doing business in the illegal Israeli settlements.

![BREAKING: Following a fresh review the UK Government has doubled down on its previous position that protecting global sales of F-35s takes precedence over its obligation to protect human life in Gaza.
As part of our legal fight against the govt with @al_haq_organization the govt have responded to our arguments to end arms exports. They say that the interests of international peace and security is a “matter of such gravity that it would have overridden any [...] further evidence of serious breaches of IHL” and so exports of fighter jet parts will not stop.
This clearly is an extreme position.
Essentially the Government is saying that that there is no world in which the supply of F-35 components would be suspended. Even in the case of an ongoing genocide.
